Good design systems should make the designer optional. I built a component-based email generator backed by a full style guide, rigorous enough that a plain-language prompt like "notify customers of their token limit" reliably outputs on-brand, production-ready HTML. No design handoff required. Built solo, the concept was later adopted internally by the team.
